You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you accept full responsibility for all transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your Account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our customer support team immediately.

You must provide government-issued identification documents (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license) within 72 hours of registration or before processing your first withdrawal, whichever occurs first. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe will result in account restrictions including inability to withdraw funds.

All deposits must originate from accounts registered in your own legal name matching your melo33 Account details. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus processing fees.
Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum single deposit is Rp 50,000,000 unless higher limits are approved for VIP accounts. Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. melo33 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method and account used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal is Rp 100,000,000 for standard accounts; higher limits apply to VIP tiers. melo33 processes 99.7% of withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional verification and up to 24 hours processing time.
Funds deposited must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal, even if you wish to withdraw your original deposit without gambling. This requirement prevents melo33 from being used as a money transfer service and complies with international anti-money laundering standards. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements detailed in the Bonuses section below.
All bonuses offered by melo33, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and promotional credits, are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the bonus is claimed. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before bonus funds convert to withdrawable cash. Typical wagering requirements range from 1x to 30x depending on the promotion type.

melo33 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and potentially close Accounts, if we detect bonus abuse including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting with other users to guarantee bonus profits, irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other activity that violates the spirit of promotional offers.
All bets placed on melo33 are subject to acceptance by the platform. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our discretion, particularly in cases of obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions, suspected fraud, or bets that violate maximum betting limits. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your Account history, it becomes a binding transaction subject to the outcome of the game or sporting event.
All sports bets are settled according to official results from governing bodies (FIFA for football, BWF for badminton, etc.). If a match is postponed, bets remain valid for 48 hours; if the match does not occur within that window, bets are voided and stakes returned. For live betting, if there is a significant delay in odds updates due to technical issues, melo33 reserves the right to void bets placed during that period. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, melo33's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.
You may close your melo33 Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If you have active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, those funds will be forfeited upon account closure. Closed accounts cannot be reopened unless approved by melo33 management on a case-by-case basis.
melo33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account immediately and without prior notice if we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, or abused our services in any manner. In cases of account termination for cause, melo33 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation and reserves the right to forfeit funds obtained through prohibited activities.
Accounts with no login activity for 365 consecutive days are considered dormant. melo33 may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 against dormant account balances to cover administrative costs. If a dormant account balance reaches zero due to dormancy fees, the account will be automatically closed. You can reactivate a dormant account by logging in before closure occurs.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where melo33 holds its international gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles. However, certain provisions relating to player protection, responsible gaming, and payment processing shall be interpreted with consideration for Indonesian consumer protection standards where applicable.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of melo33 services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through our internal customer support escalation process. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. All arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
